The sign up will say Locked if I plan to have students out and will open at 4pm or its says closed which means im either deciding or gone home for the day...haha.

Also the HangGliding and Paragliding Association of Canada has Logbooks that you can print off or purchase. I have a group in the process of making our own Online Logbook but till then you should all be keeping track of your flights.
